Refund / Return Policy


1) Return must be done within fourteen (14) working days starting from the day the goods are delivered to you. 

2) To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

3) The products must be unused and in it's original condition as purchase.

4) For sale or clearance item, no refund nor return will be entitled.

5) For incorrect or defective items, the case must be filled within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product. Kindly send us your order number along with information on the incorrect product to [email protected]

7) You will need to bear the shipping charges for returning the item.

8) There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

9) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

10) If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within a certain amount of days.
